Application to Become an
Approved SES Provider

Thank you for your interest in becoming an SES Provider. The Indiana Department of Education accepts SES provider applications once a year. The application period for organizations interested in becoming an SES provider for the 2008-2009 school year closed February 29, 2008. The next application period will begin in December 2008 for the 2009-2010 school year. Please check this site for the new application in December 2008.

If you already submitted an application for the 2008-2009 school year before the deadline, your organization will be notified regarding approval status by May 2, 2008.
