Program description:	"Study With Me" is designed to enable students in grades K-8 to become high-achieving youth in the areas of Math, Reading/Language Arts and Science by providing opportunities for them to participate in high-quality individualized and small group tutoring. Individualized learning plans are developed for each student and the method of instruction is determined based on these plans. Parents and teachers will be well informed through writen progress reports every two weeks. Student/instructor ratio is reported as 4:1

Description of tutor qualifications:	Our tutors must qualify as a substitute teacher based on the requirements of No Child Left Behind; Possess or be working toward a Bachelor's Degree in elementary education; Possess or be working toward teacher certification; Have experiences in teaching reading/literacy and math at primary, intermediate and high school level.
