STN Survey

One of the proposed enhancements to the application center is to lock down the changing of the name, birth, sex and race of a student that has been in the application center STN Lookup for more than 90 days. This is to prevent the selection of a STN in error thus causing the correct selection to reverse the information resulting in a back and forth update of student information. We will not include the student’s middle name in this lockdown, but will accept the middle name when the initial exists and accept the initial when the middle name exists.

Functionality will be in the application center to electronically submit a name, sex, race, and birth change eliminating the paper based faxed request.
